As the Social PT my mission is to break the stigma of health and fitness, helping you to become the most confident version of yourself by developing the skills to build sustainable life habits.
We achieve this via online coaching sessions that include
Detailed personalised programming focusing on learning proficient movement patterns
Weekly check ins to chat about you, your program and your progress
Access to a large online library of pre-recorded exercise, stretch and yoga classes
